Haslemere - (Tight Schedule)
Our client in this instance was living in Devon, but had bought a property in our local town of Haslemere. He had a limited time in which to refurbish & extend his new acquisition, and move lock stock and barrel to his new home.
Our remit was to basically remove the whole of the ground floor, rear wall of the house & extend by approximately 20%, the new addition providing a larger sitting room, study & new Kitchen & Breakfast area. Two new Bathrooms had to be formed along with a total re-wire & new central heating system. Large steel support beams were installed to support the first floor & a lead crowned roof was formed to finish off the extension, with a complete redecoration, new garage bases & driveway to the property we were slightly "under the cosh" however with dedication & a good spell of weather we were able to complete the project on schedule!
we were moving out as the client was moving in - phew!
